Erik is highly active in the real estate industry serving on several boards/committees. He's a CCIM Designee serving as Vice President of Marketing & Designation Promotion and is on the CCIM Florida Chapter Executive Commitee as well as the CCIM Michigan Chapter Marketing Committee. He served as East Coast District (FL Chapter) President in 2023 and 2024. Erik is a recognized CoStar Power Broker and has participated in expert panels including the Florida Chamber of Commerce and Realtor organization. He's also the Past President for the Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA) of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Counties. In 2021 he received both the RCA "Realtor® of the Year” Award and the National Association of Realtors® National Commercial Award for his exceptional service and contribution to the commercial real estate industry.
He earned his Undergraduate Business degree from the University of Florida Gator and Executive MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
Also, he maintains a real estate license in Michigan with Milliken Realty where he advises clients in the greater Detroit and Ann Arbor markets.
